CR-20V-2000mΩ Battery Voltage and Internal Resistance tester

BVIR Battery internal resistance tester can be used for measuring the Internal Resistance and Open Circuit Voltage of almost all of the commercial batteries such as Secondary battery, Lead acid battery, Nickle cadmium, Nickle-metal Hydride and Li-ion battery.

BTS-3000 Standard Series Introduction

Product profile:
BTS-3000, Standard battery testing system, was developed in 2005. BTS-3000-5V3000A and BTS-3000-60V300A were introduced to market after their dispaly in the sixth CIBF in Beijing 2006.BTS-3000 has received the recognition of customers all over the world with its hight performance. This series is mainly used for testing the cycle life, formation and capability-grading of EV-batteries.
At present, BTS-3000 has become the most widely-used testing model for EV batteries in China and the users of BTS-3000 are research organization, colleges and EV battery manufactruer.


BTS-3000 Features:
1. Test system is based upon embedded microprocessors and firmware whereby the test procedure is completely downloaded to the system.
2. Each channel is equipped with independent constant current/voltage soure.
3. Each channel is controlled independently of other channels in the system.
4. Each test procedure has up to 254 steps.
5. Up to 65535 cycles and the three levels of loop nesting are availale in each test.
6. Record and protective condition are available for single step.
7. Protective function: reverse connecting protection, user-defined satety(upper or lower) tolerance of voltage, current and capacity.
8. Off-line testing and up to 1GB database.
9. LAN remote control based upon TCP/IP communication protocol.
10. Testing data is centrally managed by database which has data process function.
11. Curve comparison is supported and data from real-time or completed data can be viewed, plotted, or exported as Excel, Txt or PDF formats.
